I believe it is at the 25% occupancy
Around $5 dls
They have lots of salads and all their pastries
Great place, open late. Was very happy with my purchase.
12 cookies for the price of 6. Heck yeah. So tasty. Busy but super friendly.
What a amazing place. Food is great and cookies OMG
Loved my veggie sandwich and the cookie that came with it. Lovely people and great service 👍
Food was great. Service was excellent.
the smallest sandwiches in the universe all for $8 dollars. christ alrighty. great if you want to spend money on a SINGLE COOKIE for the same price of a full box at a grocery store. paradise? seriously? nope. go to subway for a better and bigger sandwich for your buck. this place stays in business because?
Love this place. Southwest chicken Caesar salad is the best salad of all time (tying Marty B's - southwest chicken Caesar as well - of Lantana). Although it's not the healthiest salad of all time, it's got relatively low carbs so I'm in. And you don't even notice you're eating healthy. It's THAT good. Solid, quick service. Somehow avoided the DELICIOUS cookies/dessert area because I'm on a no-carb diet (aka no-fun diet).
Excellent food, fantastic service. Will definitely come
Everything was absolutely delicious, the store was super clean and cute, friends and I will be back. I loved my turkey, bacon, and ranch panini.
So disappointed in the lack of service I received today. As my friend and I were waiting to be serviced a man came up behind us for a coffee refill and a man with his two boys walked up in front of us. Both were there after us. Both were serviced before us. After she refilled the coffee for the man behind us she asked us was our order to go and we said yes at this point she told us ok well let me get these other people first since your orders to go and then I can come back. At that point we left. I have never heard of a place that doesn’t service people by when they arrive. Needless to say the two people that were serviced before us did not share our same skin hue. A true disappointment. It was my first and last time visiting this establishment.
This place smells great! Aaaannnd the cookies have perfect texture and taste. We arrived during a lull and the counter staff stayed busy cleaning and prepping. Our detraction was the coffee in the self serve urns was lukewarm.
Great selection and everything looked good. I wanted one of everything!! I ended up getting a pumpkin nut muffin and it was SO GOOD! I was looking forward to some espresso but their machine was out of order. I ordered a coffee instead and it was very good. I also got a dozen delicious cookies for less than $10. The people that work there are friendly and helpful.
I normally go to the Plano location which never seems to have any issue in my book. So since I stay right by the one in Addison I thought I'd give it a try and go get some pastries. Unfortunately there were more than a dozen healthy gnats inside the muffins, on the cinnamon roll, and the chocolate chip topped muffins. And I was upset because I wanted the cinnamon roll. So I told the employee about the bugs and they immediately saw them. When they reached to grab the muffins a small swarm of them began to fly around. But thankfully they threw them away. Not going here anymore. Sucks because that was my first time and left empty handed.
My first time there and I was impressed as soon as I walked in. Very busy. That means the food is really good. I wanted to try a salad and this nice girl Lacey I think her name was was very helpful and educated me on how the process works. I loved my panini and salad. How you make them right there in front of me. I will be back and I believe the young lady Lacey is an absolute gem. Not many smiling faces in the food industry anymore. I will be back. And your cookies are AWESOME.
Eat there and you'll enjoy yourself. Order delivery and you'll wish you hadn't. They've cancelled breakfast delivery orders placed at approximately 10am on me twice. Once through Door Dash today and another time through a different service several months ago. Both times I was told they were too busy ramping up for lunch and also both times I was not informed of this until it was too late to order breakfast elsewhere.Whoever is making the executive decision to just cancel delivery orders because theyre too busy getting ready for the next period is damaging the brand.
Great service great atmosphere great selections for breakfast and lunch. Outstanding bakery. And won't break the bank account!
This place is amazing. Great salad amazing sandwiches and the cookies are to die for and the cheesecake brownie. Omg. Clean place. Fast service
Love it! Broccoli and cheese soup is very good and tasty. Club sandwich is loaded and topped with freshly sliced cucumber. Awesome sandwiches.
Service was good. Food was tasty. Loved the cheddar broccoli soupI .liked this place. I came with a friend for brunch. I had my favorite dish, the lox and bagel, which didn't disappoint. It came with lots of veggies, which I love. The bottomless mimosas were a great deal. Everyone who worked there was super nice and helpful and regularly made the rounds to fill up our waters and mimosas. It was a bit cramped during the brunch rush, which I guess is to be expected. I would definitely come back here.
Good but it wasnt the quality it use to be there was a lack of care in the preparation
We have not been there in a while and wife wanted to go for lunch. To me the menu is kind of limited but they have basic sandwiches, soups and salads. I ordered a sandwich with no mayo and when arrived it had mayo on it. I took back and asked for new sandwich but they did not seem to care. They said it would take 5 to 10 minutes to remake and 10 minutes later had the correct sandwich. They really need to work on service at this location.
I was distraught when the Paradise Bakery in my last city closed, but when I discovered this one it was like a weight off my shoulders! Love their food, especially the Paradise Club, but by far the best reason to stop by are the chocolate chip cookies. Great and friendly service, and well cleaned, even during the pandemic. Clear social distancing guidelines too, felt comfortable eating here for sure.
Excellent food! I was a bit hesitant at first as the outside look a bit like a strip mall. Once I stepped inside I had an immediate change of heart. The service staff was prompt and courteous and my salad was amazing. I had a salad one day and a few baked goods and coffee on my second visit and both times the food was just wonderful. Happy eating!
Great place to have some salad and soup
You are in and out in minutes. Very courteous and they wear masks and gloves.
Never had a bad meal here. Great staff and location.
We loved the fact that it’s a family owned business. Everything was fresh and the employees are wonderful. They are very professional and helpful. We will defiantly come back.
Great Fuji apple salad with chicken... but small for the price tag. Good service and clean restaurant.
Just had the cookies...they're the BEST!!!
Very good cookies!
Great place !! Coffee is delicious. I love chicken walnut salad sandwich. Prices are a little bit high. They have a delicious variety of baked cookies and muffins.
Good place for variety of sandwiches and salads. I personally prefer it over Panera (not that Panera is bad). Overall this is the best sandwich / salad place of it's kind. You can eat healthy here, but watch out for those cookies, they're dangerous. If they start providing organic options it would be even better.
I got lunch here yesterday, couldn't be better! Hardly any wait, and the staff was so nice! I got their chicken salad sandwich and soup, which were both amazing! (They make their own bread, yes please!) 😁 but then I had a chocolate chip cookie 😮and IT WAS THE BEST COOKIE EVER! 😀😁😂😄😃😁🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉 can't wait to go back 😊
Have been frequenting Hale and Hearty as the top soup and salad option downtown. It can get busy, but the line moves along. The soup variety can't be beat, and all of the options I've tried have been great. Sweet green is a better pure salad option but it's the best option for soup in the city.
Going here consistently, daughter loves croissant sandwiches and friendly staff
One of the best snickerdoodle cookies I've ever had
Had only a few minutes, fresh delicious sandwich was ready within just a couple minutes of paying!
Very friendly staff even at the end of the day! I really appreciate the great experience.
The name is perfect says everything, you lovre one good pastry I recommend this place , have food for all person and tastes
I love paradise bakery, but it seems the quality of the food on this location has good down quite a bit. The sandwiches are still good, but the salad and fruits have seen better days.
Really good! I recommend the meatball panini and chocolate chip coconut cookie. The staff were friendly and kept the lines moving efficiently
Had high Hopes but found it was very similar to a Jason's Deli. Good food but nothing that " wowed" me. Restaurant was very clean, except for the mens restroom.
A variety of options on the menu. If you pay $2 extra for a sandwich you get almost 8oz of meat which is good. Good customer service. Friendly staff.Plenty of parking.
The items on the ticket didn't match the paninis we ordered, and the items they brought to the table didn't match either the paninis we ordered nor the items they charged on the ticket. They completely misplaced the order. We asked for coffee and they gave soft drinks. They said paninis include a cookie, but they didn't bring it to the table. I'm not really sure if I got a panini or a very expensive cheese sandwich.
They have the nicest most helpful people here. The customer service is worth more than 5 stars. I really enjoy the food. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
Gone downhill some lately. Large salad was much smaller than the past. Also the recyclable go cups have been replaced with styrofoam. Won't be going back often.
I'm assuming with the crowd it is much better than today. Only 4 stars until I return. Hubby and I were hoping to try the oatmeal. They ran out. (There was a soccer team of girls ahead of us). So I opted for the yogurt parfait. There was very little yogurt in the cup but the strawberries and granola added to it. (It was tasty) I also ordered a cinnamon roll to enjoy with my coffee but they were out. 2 strikes. So, we will possibly try it again a later date and try to beat the rush so we can try the oatmeal with the "cookie bowl" and share a cinnamon roll. We'll have Better luck next time
Del, Sylvia, Erica and all the other team members are always courteous and prompt. Excellent service especially for catering needs.
The price for the quantity of food isn't worth it. Overpriced for small amount of food. We ordered a whole Greek salad and the portion we got was really small, took 5 bites and it was done. The person behind us ordered a half Greek salad and it was piled high almost falling out of his bowl and our salad was only half full in our bowl. Mentioned it to the cashier and all she could say is, you can go back and tell the lady in the line. Won't be going back. Definitely not worth what we paid for.
